In this instance the phrase "Dance like noone's watching" has two different registered trademarks (reg #'s 3268716 & 3428112) boh held by Jaime Grant LLC. The first mark is covers goods & services (G&S) for clothing (including tshirts) bags, etc. and the second is for video recordings dealing with dance instruction.
