What did the hippies ware in the sixties?
actually the hippies didn't really take over until the very early 70s the flower power was the late 60s. With that settled a hippie wore faded , frayed jeans. a tiedyed shirt , sandals. weird sun glasses some but not a lot wore Mexican shropes the girls wore lots of necklaces, no bras , physedlic nail and toe polish, a frumpy floppy hat. and a lot of other stuff which branded them for the fools they were, they lived off daddy's money mommies care packages sent to their college luxury dorms. Take it from me the sixties were much better the pot was not cut with oregano lik in the 70s you dressed a lot better so as not to draw attention to yourself so you could smoke, hang out and listen to this new kid Dylan. Jeez today is monday I was doing the exact thing yesterday. Wow
