There is only one that was filmed at the Opera Garnier. It is called The Phantom of the Opera :), and stars Charles Dance as Erik, and Teri Polo as Christine. I would highly recommend watching it; it is a lovely film, and an interesting take on the Phantom's story.
The entire Opera Populaire in the film was built by the movie makers, on separate stages and as separate exteriors. They said they wanted it to be a complete, sensual character of its own. However, the original Gaston Leroux novel bases the story around the Metropolitan Opera House in Paris, which apparently does has an extremely deep labyrinth of passages beneath the opera house, and at the bottom a lake.
right near the Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge there are a series of warfs/piers that come of the main dock. thats where it's filmed. for the grande prix they used the opera house. :)
