Not in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. In his play, Juliet was 13, and Romeo's age is not specified. He could have been 28. Differences in age did not really matter in those days. Nowadays the idea of a thirty year old man getting together with a girl in her early teens is taboo; it would evoke comments like "eew" and "gross" and "creepy". But back then nobody thought it was creepy.
