yes i have found one and caught one its kinda easy ull need an abra to do it ..... go to cerulean and fight the nugget bridge people then go to the grass beside the bridge walk around until you find and abra and the first thing u need to do in the battle with abra is throw a pokeball and once u have it position urself above the boy in the grass i forgot to mention DONT BATTLE HIM or it wont work . now once u position urself above the boy walk into his view and immediately press start and teleport now walk back up the bridge and fight the kid standing above the girl he will have lvl 17 slowpoke and once u beat him teleport again and then walk back onton the bridge and ur start menu or a message will pop up just press b and ull go into a battle if u fought the hiker it will be a nidoqueen i think and if u fought the boy with the slowpoke it will be mew
