Romeo and Juliet were married on Monday. In Act III Scene 3 Romeo prepares to join Juliet on their wedding night. In scene 5 they wake up in bed together the next morning. In between, in scene 4, Capulet asks Paris "What day is this?" and Paris answers "Monday, my lord".
In the balcony scene, Juliet proposes that they should marry. Although Romeo does not answer at that time, he leaves the balcony scene straight for Friar Lawrence to arrange the wedding. He had no doubt already that he wanted to marry her.
They don't get married at all. They were supposed to be married on Thursday morning, but Juliet is found to be (apparently) dead that same morning.
