Pretty much the same things as he did between 1594-1598 and 1608-1613: he acted, wrote plays and helped in the management of the partnership.
In the period 1598-1608 he wrote most of his most famous tragedies (excepting Romeo and Juliet). He did not write histories (except for Henry V in 1598 at the very beginning of the period). In the middle of this period he wrote a number of dark and troublesome comedies like Measure for Measure and Troilus and Cressida, but by the end of it he was writing a new kind of comedy as exemplified in Pericles (printed in 1609).
