The Shakespeare birthplace trust has maintained a number of Tudor houses connected with the life of Shakespeare and also some of its furniture. Their site is at the attached link.
Tudor houses were built on a wood frame with wooden flooring. The walls were made of a mixture of lime, hair and dung painted white. The structural beams were visible between the plaster walls. The roof was made of thatch, bundled reeds bound to the wooden frame. Sometimes the roof was made of baked tiles.
The most noticeable differences in a Tudor house would be in the Plumbing and the heating/ cooking arrangements. There was no running water in the house, and it would have to be brought in. The toilet (the "jakes" in the slang of the time) would have been located at the end of the garden. At night the people could use chamber pots which would be dumped later.
Both heating and cooking were done with large fireplaces. A big house like New Place might have four or five of them. The interior must have been smoky.
If you can go to Stratford upon Avon you can have an actual look. If that trip is too far for you, see the attached link which shows the interior and exterior of a number of houses associated with Shakespeare.
