I personally use a laptop loaded with MP3's, a 500 watt amp and Yorkville 115 speakers, but I used to use 2 CD players, a microphone, a small mixer and power amp or powered mixer and speakers. Most importantly though is to have a good selection of music of all different genres... rock, dance, hip-hop, country, old-time (waltzes, schottises, jigs, 7-step, heel & toe polka etc), 80's, 50's & 60's. Proper liscencing is a good idea too, although I know alot of DJ's that don't have it. If you are planning on singing, a Karaoke system is a good way to start (and of course it's a good idea to be able to actually sing well).
A DJ needs music to entertain their audience.... Some equipment to play on eg.. turntables, mixer, CD players, headphones etc... and then of course some education on how to use it properly!

turntabels or CD dj system and a mixer of course, and if your going to use a laptop then a sound card control vinuls and a program are needed. (serato scratch live is really good) also a speaker system and some lights, and headphones these are basic things to need it will be over 800 dolars but on some websites you can get packages for the turntables and speakers all together. the Scratch live mentioned earlier will cost 500 dolars unused and any price from 100- 500 used. a good website to check is www.idjnow.com here they have great deals and fair prices.
There is a lot of different gear someone would need if they wished to start their own DJ business. A person would require a tremendous amount of music, either on CD's or records. Also, many DJ equipment uses MP3 players and computers to keep all their music on. Turntables and speakers are also very important.
They use CD decks, turntables, mixers, laptops, beat makers ETC...
disk jockeys or dj's use AMP, PA system, turntables, mixers, dj controller, smokers, and even use lighting
Strictly speaking, actors do not need any equipment. They can mime what they need if they have to. They need a good voice, a good memory, and the an expressive body.
how did praise dance start and where? i need to know
The sentence does not need to be revised.
For acting, you definetly need a presentable figure. A good voice, that works for your face. And a backround in singing and acting extra curricular activities.
no
you need a back up singer
what equipment do they use in cosmetology
Equipment that can produce Yeast which is needed for Bread
A wedding reception isn't any fun without music. Don't overlook the need to hire a wedding DJ, or else you might be stuck with a dusty old wedding singer.
Often you need more than one photographer for a average sized wedding. The photographers could possibly need assistants to help them with their equipment.
Well, I think most singers don't need to start off with money to become a singer. It depends on talent.
Yes.
you need money to start your buiessness. And you will need to know how to run a buiesness, and a lot about weddings. the average amount to start a wedding planning buiesness is about 2,600.
Being able to sing is a good start
That depends on the style and the school. In my school the only equipment you need is the uniform, we don't use equipment.
In the most basic sense, a singer does not need any equipment, just a voice, the ability to carry a tune, and some hearing ability.Other equipment, such as a sound system, recording system, music stand, written music, etc, are all extras that make singing in some circumstances easier or even possible. But none are necessary in order to sing.
Yes, but since weight lossis NOT a quick fix, you'll need to start at least 6 months to a year before the wedding.
