Well I'm sure everyone's going to have their opinions to this question but in my opinion FIDM/The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising hands-down! I have friends who went to school there and they say the school helped them with their dreams of getting into the fashion industry but both had different interests: One wanted to be a fashion designer while the other wanted to get into the business side of the industry and what's great is FIDM offers majors that complement just about every part of the fashion industry!
If you really want to know how successful a school is, just look at their list of alumni. I do know that one of the founders of Juicy Couture went to FIDM and even past Project Runway star Nick Verreos teaches there!
