What is the summary of the poem Missed by pg Wodehouse?

This is a poem from the famous P G Wodehouse,(a former English cricketer).

In the first stanza the poet explains the setting of the poem,but soon the setting is ruined by the poet when he bungled that catch.

In the second stanza he tells about the things which distracted him,the magic of the summer,the bee which was droning its favorite song,dreaming of Clara.

In the third stanza,he tells what happened before he bungled the catch.It was very easy catch that the boys who were sitting in roller said 'Hurrah' and the batsmen himself started walking away from wicket,but it was over he buttered the catch.

In the last two stanzas, he decides not to play cricket anymore and instead he decided to play Golf.
