I guess you are talking about the little town of Shakespeare, Ontario, which is not far from Stratford. The jobs available there were pretty much the same as in any small farming town.
If that's not what you are talking about, you need to make your question clearer.
We don't know what jobs Shakespeare had until he turned up as an actor and playwright at the age of about 28.
It was his job, or one of his jobs. Shakespeare was paid to write plays.
John Shakespeare, father of William Shakespeare, held many jobs in his lifetime. He was a glover and a whittawer (a person who works leather), a farmer and then an alderman in Stratford-upon-Avon.He was a leather and glove merchant.John Shakespeare, father of William Shakespeare, held many jobs in his lifetime. We do not know any of the jobs Shakespeare worked at before he became involved in the world of theatre. People have guessed and made up stories but there is no actual evidence. That is why this part of Shakespeare's life is called the Lost Years.
He was an actor. He wrote plays. He was one of the managers of the theatre company to which he belonged after 1594. He was also part owner of the theatres they played in after 1599. We don't know much of his early career, as there is no record of his activities at all before 1592, by which time he was established as a hired player and playwright. One supposes that as in all entry-level jobs, Shakespeare started off doing things which were less glamourous and pleasant, but we do not know exactly what they were.

People had the usual kinds of jobs: providing food, shelter, clothing and entertainment. There were civil servants and teachers and criminals and prostitutes. Although the specific form of the jobs change with technology (there weren't any computer programmers then and there aren't any fletchers now) the kinds of jobs people had then are pretty much the jobs people have now. Shakespeare's father made gloves and leather goods. A person nowadays might live in a factory that does the same thing. Shakespeare wrote plays for large open-air theatres. Today people write plays for films.
His jobs were: playwright, actor and poet, as well as shareholder of the Chamberlain's Men, then King's Men. He also made money buying properties and speculating on the price of cereal
His jobs were acting, writing poems and plays. But although we have no reason to think Shakespeare did not enjoy his job, we still wouldn't have called it an interest. He did have an interest in boosting his family status by getting a grant of arms for his father, so he could then call himself "William Shakespeare, Gent."
The only ones we know about were actor, playwright and businessman. He probably had others at one time or another.
