Well, it depends on how the play is staged. There is no place in the play where we see the Montagues listening to music, but the Capulets do, for there is dancing at the party, and musicians are hired for the abortive wedding between Juliet and Paris. If the director sets the play in the fourteenth century, these musicians will play 14th century instruments and tunes, and the dancers at the party will dance 14th century dances like the bransle. If the director sets the play in the eighteenth century, the musicians will be a classical ensemble and play Classical Music and the dancers will dance things like the minuet. If the director sets it in the 1920s there will be a jazz band and they will dance the Charleston. If it's set in the 1960s there will be a rock ensemble and they will dance the frug and the watusi. And all of these possibilities are totally OK.

Romeo would probably listen to "All out of love" Or "Aint no sunshine when she's gone"

Or maybe he would listen to Bollywood movie music. Romeo would probably like Bollywood movies.

The text of Romeo and Juliet does not indicate what, if any, music should be played when they are married. This is a matter for the director's discretion.
