Mardi Gras colors are purple, gold, and green. If you're a girl you could wear a dress oriented around those colors. If you're a guy you could have a tie with one of the later colors paired with a black shirt; black is a good base since it goes with all colors. A common accessory would be Mardi Gras beads, they come in all sorts of colors and shapes. Lastly there is the mask, Mardi Gras is well known for it's sparkly, feathered masks (be sure and check if your school allows masks) . They can be made or bought, and come in wide varieties of shapes and sizes. Be sure to dress festively, not tacky, and have fun.
