This question is a bit vague. Certainly there have been operas (about 27 of them) and at least one famous Ballet which are based directly on Shakespeare's play. These are shows of a sort. A huge number of films have been made which use Shakespeare's plot and language. If you want to include all the films and television shows which have used the name and vague idea of the plot in some other bizarre context, the number and variety of them is mind-boggling: from Romeo and Juliet with Herpes to Romeo and Juliet: A Monkey's Tale to The Secret Sex Lives of Romeo and Juliet to Gnomeo and Juliet.

Considering the fact that this play was written in Elizabethan times, has been performed countless times, and has been adapted to radio drama, movies and tv, the question is literally impossible to answer with a one-name type answer like George C. Scott in the title role of (Patton),. I would estimate hundreds of actors have played Romeo over the centuries- just limiting it to professional productions including movies and TV.

No particular line, but I think that Romeo shows great courage in several places: by refusing to fight Tybalt even if it makes him look like a wimp and a coward, by remaining positive with Juliet as they part even though it is against his nature, and by keeping calm in the face of Paris trying to arrest him.
