Since Juliet is a fictional person, she did not have a marriage certificate or parish register in which her marriage date was recorded. The play does not give any date for the action. However, since Juliet's previous encounters with Romeo involved meeting him as an uninvited guest at a party and as an even more uninvited guest in her parents' back yard, the first time she adn Romeo actually agree to meet is when they get married. In this sense the answer to "What date?" is "the first". Juliet Capulet got married on her first date.
