Brides (except aristocratic ones) were expected to set up a household with their new husbands and look after it. Managing the finances, buying, growing and preparing food, making clothing and keeping clothes clean and in good repair, and often supplementing the income of the husband were all the jobs of a housewife. It was hard, time-consuming work for which they were trained from a very young age. When babies came, the job of looking after them fell to the mothers, and they had to look after them on top of the rest of their duties.
Husbands might have to leave town to find work, or work on ships, or become soldiers, leaving the wives at home to look after everything. If the husband was a tradesman, running a cottage industry, or a farmer, the wife had to pitch in and help. And husbands could die, leaving the wife a widow. Many widows took over and managed their late husband's business.
Aristocratic wives had a much lighter load. They were free to study and participate in the arts and to entertain others. Servants did all of the heavy lifting.
There is only one bride in Othello, and that is Desdemona. One thing they did not expect from her was that she would want to follow her husband into a war zone rather than be parted from him.

The lovely Anne Hathaway. No, this is not vandalism, she had the same name as the actress (Or rather, the actress has the same name as Mrs. Shakespeare.)
It took place in 1582 when he was 18. The licence issued November 27. The bride's name was Anne Hathaway. She was 26. The ceremony might have been performed at Shottery.
They were expected to move out of their parents' house and move in with their husbands. However, husbands were expected to do the same. According to Germaine Greer's book Shakespeare's Wife, this raises interesting questions about where the unemployed 18-year-old Will and his pregnant wife lived after they got married. So strong was the prejudice against married couples living with their parents that Greer believes the newly married Shakespeares must have taken a tiny and cheap lodging on the outskirts of town.
I presume you are asking about Shakespeare's plays here. In the plays, the parents of the daughters usually expect that the parents will get to choose a mate for their daughters. They can sometimes get quite violent about it (in Romeo and Juliet or A Midsummer Night's Dream, for example). Nevertheless, there is only one woman in all of Shakespeare who is married against her wishes and that is Margaret, wife of Henry VI. Hermia, Juliet, Imogen and Anne Page avoid the arranged marriages, and Desdemona marries secretly without even asking her father. Is it expected that daughters will marry? Sure, but it is equally expected of sons. Pairing off and marrying was and is a happy thing.
While there are no known historical records about Shakespeare's life between his baptism and his marriage, he was the son of a prosperous glovemaker and was expected to follow his father's craft. There are also rumours that he was appenticed as a butcher after his father's business began to fail, and may have been a school master at one time.

It's not clear that anyone expected Shakespeare to have any particular kind of job. He did have to have some method of putting meat on the table, since he had a wife and children. However, it did not matter how he did this. His brother Gilbert was a haberdasher and his brother Edmund was an actor; it seems that the Shakespeare boys were not expected to follow any particular career.
Well, it depends on what you consider to be a "girl", but his 26-year-old bride was certainly female.
Everyone has a certain amount of fate in his or her life. It's to be expected.
Shakespeare learned the basic subjects that were taught during his life time. It's likely that he could read Latin by age 8, as was expected back then.
Traditionally, the bride's parents have paid for the wedding, but this is much less adhered to nowadays. It is quite OK for both sets of parents to contribute if a mutual arrangement is reached, or for the bride and groom to foot or partially foot the bill.

Traditionally most of the wedding cost (ceremony and reception) are paid by the bride's family. In modern times this is not expected.
