Its pretty unusual for a dance school to be on line as dance is a physical performance based art. I could only imagine that any courses would be for the theory aspect of dance. This can be accessed via any university that offers dance.

There is a song by LeeAnn Womack called "I Hope You Dance." I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for, but it's a very good song. There's a song by The Nolans called I'm In the Mood for Dancing that includes a line, so dance... just dance..., but I wouldn't really call it country.
