Shakespeares exact first and last 3 plays are impossible to determine due to difficulties in finding dates they were written. Often his plays were performed years before they were publicised, however they are believed to be:

1st: Henry VI, Part 1
2nd: Henry VI, Part 2
3rd: Henry VI, Part 3

3rd Last: Cymbeline
2nd Last: The Winter's Tale
Last: The Tempest

In the last years of his career, Shakespeare collaborated with the man who was to take over from him as the house playwright for the King's Men. This man, John Fletcher, was already an established playwright and a good one. The last three plays that Shakespeare worked on, as far as we can tell, were Henry VIII, The Two Noble Kinsmen and the History of Cardenio. Cardenio is unfortunately lost, so we don't know much about it except that the plot is lifted from Don Quixote. The Two Noble Kinsmen was published in 1634 under the names of Fletcher and Shakespeare, and was included in the Beaumont and Fletcher Folios as well (but then the creators of those Folios included any play either Beaumont or Fletcher had worked on, no matter who the collaborator). Henry VIII, notorious as the last play to be performed at the First Globe Theatre, did get into the First Folio.
