A number of painters have painted visions of Romeo and Juliet. Some of them were painted by Ford Madox Brown in 1870, Francesco Hayez in 1823, Henry Fuseli in 1809, Sir Frank Bernard Dicksee in 1884, Konstatin Makovsky in 1890. There are many many more. This is a favourite topic for painting.
