I don't know about today, but in the 70's and 80's they used to be a novelty item that you could get printed when you went to Spain/Mallorca for a holiday. A similar thing used to be available at Blackpool , but it was a fake newspaper front page, with the holiday maker's name printed in some outrageous scandal etc. I also think that in Florida, at the wild west shows you can get your name and photo printed onto an old time wanted poster.
