In 1969 James Brown was doing an almost acrobatic dance in ‘Get on the Good Foot’. This was called Good foot this was soon changed to B-boy and shortly after that Break Dancing (or breaking). Then around 1979 and the early 1980s a new Break Dancing crew started ‘Rock Steady Crew’. Rock steady crew made "The New style of break dance" They made backspins, Head spins, windmill and much much more
