Hi There. Center Stage Productions is holding a pageant that has a Jr. teen division for girls 11-15 years old. The Pageant is Nov 8th in Livermore California. I know they are still accepting applications and the deadline to enter and pay the entry fee is October 23rd. The title is Miss 2010 CA Golden State Jr. Teen.
