The earliest form of Hip Hop Dancing through the art of "Break Beats" using Turntables, dancing to the beat with abstract forms of steps that's eventually evolve into 3 Different styles; 1) Styleheads (footwork, freezes, etc), 2) Powerheads (floats, flares, jackhammers, airflares), and 3)Abstract (flexibility and daring freezes).
