Who invented dance dance revolution?

Bernardo Rosabelli, an Italian inventor. While vacationing in Japan, Rosabelli felt constrained by the numbers of people around him and the lack of space to exercise. While listening to CDs of electro-pop, he came upon the idea of combing dance, exercise and a lighted floor. He presented his idea to the Konomi Company. where it was enthusiastically accepted.

Rosabelli returned to Italy to his research and still enjoys royalties from his invention.
