Tybalt challenges Romeo to a duel. But Romeo refuses. Mercutio is horrified at what he thinks is Romeo's cowardice, and challenges Tybalt to a duel on Romeo's behalf. Romeo tries to break up the fight, and Mercutio is killed. Tybalt meanwhile has run away. Tybalt comes back (we are not told why) and Romeo attacks him. Romeo kills Tybalt. Romeo is now technically guilty of murder, and must leave Verona immediately. 'Oh I am Fortune's fool.' he shouts.
Romeo means that staying with Juliet will kill him, if he is caught. He must leave her, even though it tears him apart, as a self defence mechanism.
Romeo is using this wonderfully poetic way of saying that the sun is up. The stars (night's candles) are no longer visible. You can see the beginnings of the sunrise behind the mountains (which is weird because there are no mountains near Verona. Oh well.) Romeo knows that his banishment begins at sunrise. If he is found in Verona after that, he will be put to death. Thus he must either be gone and live, because he is out of Verona or stay and die if he is found to still be there.
Romeo doesn't know about the Friar and Juliet's plan to fake her death. He needs to know so he can come to Verona and take Juliet back to Mantua with him.
Romeo and Juliet argue about if the bird they hear singing is a lark (morning bird) or nightingale (night bird.) Juliet believes it is a nightingale so Romeo can stay for longer. However, Romeo makes her listen closer and she realizes it is indeed a lark and Romeo must leave. Hope that helped!
Romeo convinces Juliet that he must leave by explaining the danger of staying in Verona due to their families' feud and the consequences they could face if caught together. He promises to arrange their marriage and reunite with her in the future once it is safe. Juliet reluctantly agrees, understanding the necessity for Romeo's departure.

Romeo is banished from Verona to Mantua
Paris believes that Romeo has come to Juliet's tomb to cause trouble or desecrate the site, as he is unaware of Romeo and Juliet's relationship and thinks Romeo is a Montague seeking to disrupt the Capulet tomb. This misunderstanding leads to a confrontational encounter between Paris and Romeo at Juliet's tomb.
if the part you are asking about is when he is at her window it is because if her family would find him there they would kill him. if you are asking about when romeo has been banished then she wants him to leave so the prince doesn't kill him. she later devises a plan to meet him in another town and live with him. the plan goes wrong.
They argue about whether it is still night or whether it is now day. The argument centres on whether a bird who they hear singing is a nightingale (who sings at night) or a lark (who sings early in the morning). Romeo must leave Verona before dawn or risk being captured and put to death. Juliet wants to pretend that it is still night so she can get another cuddle, until she realizes that she is putting Romeo's life at risk.

Romeo promises he will put Paris' body in the crypt beside Juliet after he dies.
