Friar Laurence suggested that the Capulets played a role in Juliet's death by creating an environment of family conflict and pressure that contributed to her desperate actions. Their insistence on Juliet marrying Paris, despite her love for Romeo, led her to seek drastic measures to escape her predicament. The feud between the Montagues and Capulets exacerbated the situation, ultimately culminating in a tragic series of misunderstandings and miscommunications that resulted in the deaths of both Romeo and Juliet. Thus, the friar held the families accountable for fostering the conditions that led to the tragedy.
Juliet has told her father that Friar Lawrence told her to apologise to her father and to agree to marry Paris. Capulet praises the Friar, thinking that the Friar is helping Capulet's marriage plans for Juliet, when in fact the apology is part of the Friar's plan to frustrate Capulet's plans.
Antecedent action
they were preparing for a wedding, but after Julet "died," they are now preparing for a funeral.
Friar Lawrence wants Romeo to do different things depending on what part of the play you are talking about. When they first meet, the friar tells Romeo to go slowly in his relationship with Juliet (as if!).
There are two friars that are mentioned in this Play.Friar Laurence: The friar who marries Romeo and Juliet and who helps the two through everything.Friar John: The friar who brings the message to Mantua from Juliet but is too late. (mantua is where romeo is hiding)

Juliet is part of the Capulet family, which have long since warred with the Montague family.
Romeo's part in the Friar's plan is to fake his own death by drinking a potion that will make him appear lifeless. The Friar's plan is for Romeo to be placed in the Capulet tomb until Juliet can join him there after faking her own death.

The friar offers Capulet consolation by telling him that Juliet is in a better place now, free from the troubles of the world, and that one day they may find peace in the memories they shared with her. He reminds Capulet that death is a natural part of life and that they must find comfort in knowing that Juliet is at rest.
Romeo says it to Friar Lawrence on line 110.
Because Friar Laurence wants to be the one who ended the fued between the Capulets and the Montagues. And wants everyone to know he did a big part in it to end it, and wants everyone to praise him.
The nurse never told the Capulets anything about Juliet's marriage to Romeo. There is a certain amount of self-interest in this; the nurse was Juliet's duenna, and part of her job was keeping strange men out of Juliet's bed. The Capulets would not be very happy with her if they found that she had actually conspired to get Juliet hooked up with a guy. She would be fired or worse.
The part of the play that never happens. Friar Lawrence sends a letter to Romeo but Juliet does not.
