No, it's not "old English". The language in Romeo and Juliet is modern English, the same language you are used to. It's weird because it is something called poetry. People who write in poetry use rhymes and special rhythms, and enrich what they are saying with a larger vocabulary, allusions and figurative language. The rhyme and rythm requirements sometimes result in rearranged sentence order.
And, to be sure, there are occasionally pronouns and verb forms which are less familiar these days than they were in Shakespeare's.
Take, for example, this line:
"What light through yonder window breaks? It is the East and Juliet is the sun."
The words are all quite familiar, but it's the way they are put together that makes it poetry. The word "breaks" is moved from its familiar place to the end of the sentence to maintain the rhythm. And he is comparing a girl to the sun. That's kind of weird too.
Or take another line from Romeo: "It seems she hangs upon the cheek of night as a rich jewel in an Ethiop's ear." OK, maybe you haven't heard of Ethiopia, but otherwise these are simple straightforward words. It is their use to make a poetic image that makes them weird.

I believe he tells her to fake her own death so he can get Romeo to see her in her crypt. Unfortunately, Romeo doesn't get the letter he sent, so he believed Juliet to be dead.
Juliet has taken a herb to make her look dead so that she can escape with Romeo. I think Paris was there to mourn Juliet and noticed Romeo coming. Romeo didn't know about the herb, and was coming to kill himself with poison so that he can be dead alongside Juliet. Paris thinks that Romeo s coming to vandalize the tomb, so he fights him, and Romeo kills him. Romeo kills himself, and then when Juliet wakes up and finds Paris and Romeo dead, she kills herself with a knife. Lovely.
