- why the continents of the world are in constant motion
- why the Earth's surface is moving 1000 miles an hour at the equator (but is essentially standing still at the poles)
- why pyramids are built in that shape, and with four sides
- why birds, bats, and insects can fly, but other animals can't

People have questions because they are curious, seeking knowledge, clarification, or understanding. Asking questions is a fundamental way for humans to learn, grow, and connect with others. It is a natural part of the human experience to seek information and make sense of the world around us.

Actually, the questions are not stupid for the most part. A lot of people just genuinely don't know things that you think they probably should know. So everyone has to start somewhere. It is normal to be curious and want to know why things are as they are.Being retarded is not a property of a question.
