Alexander, of course, was a very greedy and self centered man, but as you may know, Aristole and Alexander were friends. Friends indeed. So- because of this, maybe he didn't have to say anything inparticular to get him to listen. He just listened to Aristotle. Just because they were friends, and Alexander's close friends were very important to him, not as important as he was to himself, but still close. So, bottoms line is that he didn't say anything. He might have given Alexander a nudge and said, "Dearest Alexander- Wouldn't you listen? I beggeth you.". Hence- him, (Alexander), listening. Good question, overall, but you could have easily found that on Google and not had to wait and read all of this, obviously. Be sure to research things, because I'm sure this is for a project because people whom go on here don't usually come on here just because and ask this scientific philosophy question. I'm sure you aren't an adult, if so, that makes no difference. Thank you for this question, person whom I don't know.
