Did anyone have any problems with the Sizzix Big Shot machine crank getting stuck and not being able to turn?
Yes I have had this problem and my Big shot costing me $99.00 when they first came has now got the handle broken off and I happen to be a Stampin' Up Demonstrator that hasn't got the money to replace the Machine at this time. Sign Sad Demo. AT larsendj@charter.net
Contact Sizzix.com, they replaced my crankshaft for me, without any questions or even asking for proof of purchase. It took me one email via the uk website and I got a phone call to confirm my address. If they do not have a crankshaft in stock they might even be willing to replace the complete machine as Sizzix Big Shot has a LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY.
