yes because the apple will then stay pear therefore it wont go away.
In a photocell, light energy is converted into electrical energy. When light strikes the photocell surface, photons of light are absorbed, releasing electrons that create an electric current.
Gamma rays typically have enough energy to ionize atoms in the photocell material, releasing electrons. This can result in a current being generated in the photocell, which can be used to detect the presence of gamma rays.
A photocell contains semiconductor materials that generate charge carriers when exposed to light. The photons in the light provide energy to these charge carriers, creating an electrical current as they flow through the semiconductor material. This current can then be used as electrical energy.
A device called a solar cell can convert radiant energy from the sun into electrical energy through a process called the photoelectric effect. Additionally, certain chemical reactions in batteries or fuel cells can also convert chemical energy into electrical energy.
Yes. There are three types 1. photo emissive - here as light falls electrons are emitted 2. photo voltaic - here as light falls a voltage is developed 3. photo conductive - here conductivity changes as light falls on it

The photocell would typically control a relay. The power to the lamp would go to one pole of the relay and the lamp to the other. The common wire and ground would go directly to the lamp. The relay would be normally open and would close when the light energy on the photocell decreased to an amount that would trigger a circuit to close the relay.
