First of all,Visit wikipedia and read about the history,philosophy and discipline of parkour.you can't do parkour,and don't know what it is.If you have internet access,visit some proper websites about parkour (American parkour,parkour generations etc),and watch many tutorials.You can learn more there.Generally,start conditioning and building up speed,stamina,strenght,balance.You should not try any parkour moves before you get familiar with exercise.After you have trained for some days,start with simple and fundamental moves like ROULADES,SIMPLE VAULTS,WALL JUMPS AND etc(you will get to know all of them from the internet).Then,search your environment.There are everywhere training spots.Dont get too excited,AND ALWAYS BE 100% CERTAIN OF WHAT YOU DO.Keep conditioning and practicing the basics.As you improve your skills,your confindence grows,and you get more familliar with parkour,try to find harder obstacles,higher walls,and longer routesDO NOT procced to more demanding obstacles or heights until you are sure about it,and have FULLY understood the basic movements.Inspiration can help.Don't get disappointed,and always enjoy PK(parkour).

You can start by learnin as others say in there comments parkour or freerunning It will take about a year or two to learn to move fluently, vault ,percision jump, wall run, and to get stamina to sprint far distances. then u can MMA, karate,jujitsu,and swordsmanship.Or you can just learn how to shoot a gun if ur really that lazy.
