In a crash situation it is usual for kinetic energy (the energy of motion) to be converted into distortion of the the impactors, displacement of the impactors, heat and sound. Depending on what you want to calculate you can work out the forces required to - distort the the impactors, displace of impactors and create the heat and sound observed to work out the initial kinetic energy of the impactors - how fast and in which direction they were moving.

What scientist specializes in energy?

A physicist or engineer with a specialization in energy would typically focus on studying the generation, distribution, and utilization of energy resources. This can encompass fields like renewable energy, energy conservation, power generation, and energy storage technologies.

Light energy is proof of which Conservation Law?

I am not sure how much of a proof this is; but light energy is involved both in conservation of energy, and in conservation of momentum. A photon has both energy and momentum.I am not sure how much of a proof this is; but light energy is involved both in conservation of energy, and in conservation of momentum. Which of the conservation law does not apply to an inelastic collision?

Both conservation laws are applied. The conservation of momentum and conservation of energy. However, in an inelastic collision, kinetic energy is not conserved. But total energy IS CONSERVED and the principle of conservation of energy does hold.

How are the laws of conservation of mass and conservation of energy similar and how are they different?

The laws of conservation of mass and conservation of energy are similar in that both state that the total amount of mass or energy in a closed system remains constant over time. However, the conservation of mass applies specifically to mass, while the conservation of energy applies to energy in its various forms (kinetic, potential, etc.).

What does the conservaton suggest about the conservation of energy the conservation of matter and the conservation of momentum?

Conservation laws suggest that energy, matter, and momentum cannot be created or destroyed but can only change forms or be transferred between objects. Conservation of energy states that the total energy in a closed system remains constant. Conservation of matter indicates that the total mass in a closed system is constant. Conservation of momentum asserts that the total momentum of an isolated system remains constant in the absence of external forces.

What do you call an engineer that studies energy?

Its as simple as that. An engineer who studies the concepts of energy management, energy supply, power management, deregulation etc. is called an energy can be called an energy engineer.

What is the conservation energy?

Perhaps you mean "energy conservation", or equivalently, "conservation of energy". That refers to the fact that there is a quantity called energy, which can't be increased or decreased (in a closed system).

When was Association for the Conservation of Energy created?

Association for the Conservation of Energy was created in 1981.
