None of these have grooves.So, a sheave is a pulley, but a pulley is not a sheave. Either word should get your point across. It has nothing to do with bearings versus bushings. BTW, a "bushing" used as a load bearing surface is really a bearing, it's just not a roller, tapered roller or ball bearing, but that's another argument.
