Just finished my'91 sonoma core. Had to take the four screws out nearest the windshield defrost ducts(2 on ea.side)& then take out all the screws on bottom of dash. Also had to take out glovebox & trim.I even took out radio, just to clean dust off it.Pull dash up & out just enough to gain access to your core"box" under the dash Remove 6 screws holding box cover on.Raise hood & where lines go into core box, remove bracket & screws that reinforce the 2 core copper lines & remove the 2 hose clamps & pull hoses back. There will be 2 screws holding the core in the box(under the dash).Remove these 2 screws & pull core out of box. Just reverse procedure for installation. Not a hard job, just time-consuming with a lot of dash screws & a few cuss words.Good luck!
It's underneath the fuse box. Remove the glove box and then undo 3 screws on the fuse box - the relay switch is there (black)
