A 'casein' is not an object which can be weighed. Casein is the name given to a protein which is an ingredient of pure milk. It can be extracted from milk and often is. It was extensively used to make casein glue for gluing timber pieces together. It replaced animal glue in the period 1942 -1955(approx period) Around about 1955 PVA glue was invented and is now the most commonly used timber adhesive in use. Perhaps you meant to enquire, how much does a 'caisson' weigh. A caisson used to exclude water when building bridges, is usually enormous and it's weight will certainly be a number of Tonnes , depending upon how large or small it happens to be. Your question is like asking how much a human weighs. Such questions have no answer. You can only express a typical weight range.
