Initially energy of body will be: E=0.5mv^2 E=0.5*875*44^2 FInnally its energy will be: E=0.5*875*22^2 So loss in energy of body: E2-E1=0.5*875(44^2-22^2) SO this much energy is lost by the body if its speed is reduced to 22m/s. So we will have to do work equivalent to change energy to reduce its Energy. Work=E2-E1 Plz do the calculations
