Heterogeneous mixtures are mixtures that does not have a uniform composition. Two types of mixtures that are Suspensions and Colloids that look homogeneous but are heterogeneous. Suspensions are mixtures in which the substances are too large to stay mixed without being stirred of shaken. A colloid is like both solutions and suspensions. The particles are spread throughout the mixture but the particles are small and don't settle out swiftly. Some examples of colloids/ heterogeneous mixtures are milk and Gelatin.
