Nuclear Power Stations produce electricity by using nuclear energy, without burning coal, gas or oil. Therefore there is minimum effect on the environment, it is a clean supply of energy. One byproduct is hydrogen which can also be used to produce fuel cells to be used in cars. All this will greatly relieve our dependence in imported oil.
