Someone struck by a Tazer experiences stimulation of the sensory nerves and motor nerves, resulting in strong involuntary muscle contractions similar to muscle cramps in all your limbs. Just imagine having muscle cramps in all your limbs all at once. It will be painful as well.
You feel a shock when you touch a metal door knob because of static electricity buildup on your body. When you touch the metal knob, the excess electrons on your body flow to the knob, creating a small electric discharge that you feel as a shock.
If someone touches you while being tasered, they may also be shocked if they provide a path for the electrical current to flow through. The shock may affect both individuals depending on the circumstances.
People feel shock when they touch some objects due to the buildup of static electricity on the surface of those objects. When a person touches these objects, the excess electrons move from the object to the person, resulting in a sudden discharge of static electricity that is felt as a shock.
When you touch a trampoline, you may feel a shock because of the buildup of static electricity on the surface of the trampoline. This static electricity can transfer to your body when you make contact with the trampoline, resulting in a small shock sensation.
That is commonly referred to as receiving a static shock. It occurs when your body builds up an imbalance of electric charge and discharges when you touch a conductor, like a metal object, providing a path for the charge to flow.

There have been tests, an actual tazer will not stop a car.BUTThere was a special car Tazer like device tested on a TV show that worked but was impractical. It worked at human fatal voltages to stop a car. This made it to unsafe. It was not built or endorsed by Tazer.
You can't feel a shock because there is a insulator which insulates the flow of electricity. That's why you can't feel a shock when you turn off a switch.
