Someone Answered Ducati, correct! but... Not just Ducati, but MV Agusta and Cagiva Manufactures in Bologna and a long, long time ago Harley Davidson manufactured in Bologna as well. FYI: Cagiva owns MV Agusta, but formerly owned both Husqvarna (sold to BMW then sold it to KTM) and Ducati (sold to the American Investment Firm Texas-Pacific Group who sold Ducati to the Volkswagen Group, managed by Lamborghini/Audi), Have you noticed the similarities between the MV Agusta F4 and the Ducati 916/998/1098, etc: trellis chassis and single sided swingarm, both were designed by Massimo Tamburini then chief of design at Cagiva Research Center (CRC) which is more famous in the motorcycle design world and Bologna than is Ducati. Now that MV Agusta is the more popular Brand between Cagiva and MV Agusta, Cagiva has been relegated to a second tier brand status to MV Agusta... and Harley Davidson who formerly owned manufacturing facilities in Bologna and when they exited Europe sold the space to Cagiva for it's manufacturing operations. This Harley Davidson-Cagiva relationship is a rather incestuous story, because when Cagiva got into financial trouble in 2007-08 for a sum around 200 mil Euros, Harley Davidson bought Cagiva and MV Agusta in 2008, and then sold it back to its former owners in 2010.
