I understand that your daughter is roughly 6 stone. I do not believe that your daughter is anorexic as this is a healthy weight. Find a BMI (body mass index) website and then they give good advice once finding the BMI.
Most simple BMI websites will tell you your child's percentile and shows you how healthy they are on a chart.
I am 13years old, about 4'8 and weigh 70 lbs, what I would believe to be a simple check is that without her breathing in can you see her ribs?
Hope this has helped but I truly do not believe that your child is underweight.
