It is a simple test.
Static electricity was first discovered in ancient Greece around 600 BCE by Thales of Miletus when he observed that amber (a fossilized tree resin) could attract lightweight objects after being rubbed.
The hypothesis could be that hair color does impact the amount of static electricity it can carry. For example, blond hair may carry more static electricity compared to brown or black hair due to differences in the composition of the hair strands.
Static electricity uses positive and negative charges contained within a non-conductive material to attract or repel another object with off balanced charges. Magnetism uses the polarity of atoms to attract or repel another object that can potentially be a magnet.
Electricity at rest is called static electricity, which occurs when positive and negative charges build up on objects without flowing in a current. This can lead to phenomena like sparks, lightning, and the attraction of small objects through static cling.
Well, do you know sometimes when you touch a door handle and you get a small electric shock? That's static electricity. Although in most situations this is harmless, if you are in a building with oil, or explosive gases, this could cause a huge explosion.Another way static electricity can cause problems is when working with computer components such as motherboards or memory cards. A small amount of static is capable of damaging those sensitive components, which is why it's recommended you ground yourself and/or wear an anti-static wristband while working around computers.
There is one that I know of. It is Plasma static electricity
It is now what we know as static electricity.
Well i don't know about electricity but i know about static electricity. Lightning is like static electricity, except on a much bigger scale. Both lightning and static electricity happen because of the attraction between the opposite charges. When static electricity moves, it is a current. When static electricity in clouds discharges to earth there is a huge, very short current pulse (surge).
get rid of carpet. use a humidifier. i dont know

please help me .. i have to know this for a project
I only know of disadvantages, it can cause severe damage in electronic equipment And advantage is Static electricity can be used to temporarily bond materials together and or compress non conductive material.
Some types of electronics can be damaged by it, which you need to know if you're into tinkering with stuff.

Yes, it can produce static electricity. You can tell if a cat's fur has it by rubbing a cat vigorously, then having it touch something metal. If there is a spark or the cat is shocked, you know they made static electricity
That is the static charge, which make a paper clip cling to a comb.
well, do you know sometimes when you touch a doorhandls, and you get a small electric shock? Well, that's static electricity. Athough in most situation this is fine, if you are in a building with oil, or explsive gasses, this could cause a huge explosion.
