The marble is really good at conducting heat away from your hand but because the carpet isn't as dense and has lots of air between the fibres it is not a very good heat conductor. Because the marble is a goodheat conductor it cools down your feet quickly and so they feel colder but the carpet cannot cool down your feet. An interesting experiment to try is to get three bowls and put hot water in one, cold water in another and a 50:50 mix of hot and cold in the third. Put one hand in the hot water and the other hand in the cold water for 20 seconds and then put them both into to third bowl. Try it but be careful that the water isn't too hot.
There is more friction on the carpet than on the tiled floor.
Friction is a force that causes objects to slow down when moving. It occurs everywhere whilst driving, riding a bike and rolling a marble.
On a carpet there is a larger surface area for the marble to rub against and this increases the amount of friction whilst the tiled floor has less surface area so there is less friction.
Hopefully this answers your question :)
Because Marble Absorb heat slowly & Relaease Heat Slowly. But Curpet works as heat insulator. therfore curpetted floor is less hotter than marbled floor.
The carpet provides more friction
The tile is not the issue as much as the sturdiness of the sub floor and the installation of cement board over the sub floor that keeps the tile and grout from cracking. Tile on a cement slab should hold just fine, as long as there are no unsupported pockets between the two. Our upright piano is on a tiled floor with no issues.

Tile is a ceramic which is a better conductor of heat than carpet which is an insulator. In a very hot summer the tile will feel warmer than the carpet.
Tile is smooth getting a large contact area.A rug contains lots of air pockets, acting as thermal insulators. This allows cool tile to conduct heat away much faster than a cool rug.If they were both warmer than body temperature the tile would feel warmer for the same reason.
A carpet is the same temperature as a tiled floor because the carpet contains air particles and that keeps heat in and tiled flooring does not contain air particles to keep the heat from your body.

The American Woodshop - 1991 Tiled Marble Top Washstand was released on: USA: 5 February 2014
Get a tile cutter and remove the tile. Strip all the tile off and make sure the underneath surface is clean. Then u install a protective foam pad layer and install the carpet above it.
where do i get these cleaning chemicals
As a person with severe asthma, I can tell you that hardwood and also tiled floors are much better. This is because the carpet doesn't get fully clean when you vacuum it and can hold in lots of pollen and dust. When I tiled my house my asthma got a lot better.
It depends on the time it takes for the cement to dry.

if it is a tiled floor mop it everyday, and if carpeted floor vacuum it everyday. wipe all your furniture with a cotton cloth often.
The idea for it came from watching a fly crawl along the tiled floor.
Common and simple tessellations may be found in a tiled bathroom, or wooden floor-boards.
When a cat chases a mouse through a door and creates friction on the tiled floor, an electrical current flow through the floor and zaps innocent passers-by.
