Ground Black Pepper will, in deed, stop a small radiator leak. I've done it many times. I've NOT experienced any bad effects from doing this. If (when) leaks persist, it is time for a new radiator.

Can you use stop leak on the radiator of your 1994 jaguar xj6?

Yes. Suggest using "Bars Leak" Anything else may plug up your radiator. Yes, but recognize that stop-leak in any form will only stop the problem temporarily. As the radiator heats and cools it also expands and contracts. Sooner or later, the stop-leak will fail. And it will probably be sooner than later.
