Karela seeds, also known as bitter melon seeds, are generally not recommended for consumption due to their bitter taste and potential toxicity in large quantities. While small amounts may be safe, they can cause digestive discomfort or other adverse effects if eaten in excess. It's best to focus on the flesh of the karela, which is often used in cooking for its health benefits. If you have concerns about consuming karela seeds, consult a healthcare professional.
