I did not find mogara..however you may be thinking of the "Mogra" flower which is an evergreen shrub or vine and a species of the Jasmine flower. The oil is extracted for the use as an anti-inflammatory, an aphrodisiac and the healing of wounds. However the flowers can be dried and used in tea as it has a calming fragrance.
