My answer would be that when you love someone don't get peer pressured into doing what that love between you guys attempt you to do! and love always waits no matter how long it takes a real guy would wait for you because love is giving someone the power to break your heart but trusting them not to !!! :D hoped i helped !! luyaz !!! -xoxo_Sm3xy_Sh4t11_xoxo byez!!
Unfortunately, the previous answer is too informed by the play and (it appears) by the person's own experience, and doesn't actually address the question, which is a request to paraphrase Shakespeare's thought. I would offer this "When you are moved by passion (or love) whatever is in your power to do, you are willing to do - regardless of your chances of success." This can apply to a lot of things beyond romantic love, but it comes to this - if you love someone and they needed a kidney - you would give yours, even if you weren't sure that it would work, just knowing that it was possible you would take the risk and try. It is the honest and passionate answer to the more common, less genuine offer: "Is there anything I can do?" The person not moved by passion hopes the answer is "No" - but the inspired person longs for the answer to be "Yes" and will not hesitate to do whatever is asked. Romeo says, "With love's light wings did I o'er perch these walls, for stony limits cannot hold love out. And what love can do, that dares love attempt; therefore thy kinsmen are no stop to me." It's easy enough to understand that Romeo says that he got over the walls with love's help, but the line "And what love can do, that dares love attempt" even though composed entirely of ordinary English words, is a bit difficult to understand unless you reverse the words "dares" and "love". As "And what love can do, that love dares attempt." it means that love not only gives him the power but the courage to succeed, and with that courage he does not fear the guards.
The Love That Dares to Speak Its Name was created in 1976.
With love's light wings did I o'er-perch these walls; For stony limits cannot hold love out, And what love can do that dares love attempt; Therefore thy kinsmen are no let to me.
