Some kind of Democracy I would guess. But that's more of an opinion question
Montesquieu's ideal form of government was a system of checks and balances where power is separated between different branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial). He believed this division would prevent any one branch from becoming too powerful and protect individual liberties.
He believed in a monarchy with a limited power made of countries stable and secure should be based on political virtue with that he created the three branches also known as the separation of power
Locke's emphasis on natural rights and social contract theory influenced the American ideals of individual liberties and limited government. Rousseau's ideas on popular sovereignty and the general will influenced the concept of democracy as rule by the people. Montesquieu's theory of separation of powers inspired the framework for the U.S. government with its system of checks and balances.
The relationship between a political party and the government that it installs should be consultative and advisory. The two should keep in close accord to ensure that the party ideals and the manifesto are maintained.
This is a description of pluralism theory, which suggests that democracy is achieved when various interest groups compete and influence government decisions. Pluralism promotes the idea that a diverse range of voices and interests should be represented in the political process.
It should contain 3 branches of government to balance each other out
One of Montesquieu key ideas about government was the separate branches of government :)
Montesquieu Believed the government should divide itself according to its powers which would create the three branches in the government Judicial, Legislative, and Executive.

It should be organized because everybody would have a nice economy.
No. Voltaire did propose a separation of church and state, but did not go into the question how the State should then be organized - other than advocating a 'fair' judicial system and criticizing the existing French judicial system. Montesquieu proposed an at the time totally new concept of organization of Government, in which the Church simply played no part. You might therefore say that they expressed a shared opinion on the exclusion of the Church in a country's government, but not on the other issues.
Baron de Montesquieu
Each branch of the government should limit the power of the others.
